Once again we find ourselves in Sardinia, once again to take the photos and video of a sunkissed wedding a stone’s throw from one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy: Torre di Barì.

In line with tradition, the bride got ready in her childhood home, as she made her way out of the house she was greeted by many of her relatives and curious neighbours who helped with the customary breaking of the plate which is good luck for the couple. The groom, originally from Campania, waited for the bride at the altar in the local church. It was a very emotional ceremony, made more so by the Sardinian male voice choir. It was a complete surprise for Francesca and Nicola when at the end of the service they were surrounded by the singers who dedicated a Sardinian love song to them.

Francesca was radiant in her dress by Anna Tumas and her outfit was completed by an amazing pair of shoes by Jimmy Choo.

After the ceremony, they took a walk on one of the beaches that had just received a much coveted Italian blue flag. Their guests waited impatiently for them in a beautiful spot right on the sea, in Hotel La Bitta. This is where the celebrations got underway… first on the stunning terrace by the pool with a sea view, then in the nearby bar where the guests danced and sang into the evening.
